I have been very lucky in receiving the Exeter Phoenix Animation Commission 2018, for my short film 'Birdwatching'. This will be animated over the next year, premiering at Two Short Nights Festival in November 2018. You can keep up to date with my work on this project HERE, and read more about the commissions HERE!

I've just finished the last project of my second year at Edinburgh College of Art - a short film about a lonely lady and her experiments with the occult. With music by talented composers Alessandro Russo and Cinzia Cossarini.

I've made a SHOWREEL of some of my animation work this year. It's a compilation of college and commissioned work, done between January and September 2016.

As part of my studies at ECA, I have started a new blog to document all of my student work, including sketches, storyboards, finished animations and life-drawings.

I began my degree in Animation in September 2015, and have so far had the opportunity to work on many exciting projects. There has been a great variety of different approaches and ideas, including technical excersises, experiments with emotion and body language, and collaborations with other students and different subject areas.

It was very exciting to see one of my short i-dent animations, 'Nostalgia', on the big screen! On the 2nd of April, selected entrants to the Rough Cut 90 second Film Challenge were screened at the Plaza Cinema in Truro. The films were varied, interesting and inspiring, and it was great to see what other local filmmakers had been creating.

Massive congratulations to the well-deserved winners!

Very excitingly, my music video for Eric & Magill has been included in a Huffington post article! It's great to see thier music reaching an even bigger audience, and I'm really grateful for all their encouragement and support!

I was unbelievably grateful and excited to win the Animated Exeter Emerging Talent Award 2011.

My piece, Unique, was a three minute stop-motion animation about the biodiversity of the natural world. It was made using a light-box, web-cam, and pencil on tracing paper frames.

The Animated Exeter festival offers a fantastic chance to see some amazing work, and is a brilliant place for young and independant animators to share their projects!
